Personnel
A personnel are a group of people who will be working with me during this production. Technicians and staff members in school will help me with technical problems which I may face with computers and software, especially staff members (teachers) they will help me with the pre-production of the animation.

As
you can see my personnel consists of people who will be working with me
during this production for various things, teachers will help me with
the production of this animation and the preparation towards creating
the actual animation using fireworks. However, technicians will help me
if there is a technical problems, this could either be the computer wich
may stop working. In this animation, I will be creating characters and
these characters need to have a voice, in order for the characters to
have a voice I will need people to do voice-over. This will be done by
either using a phone in order to record the voice or on the computer
with a microphone using the software named Audacity.

Time
Time is essential for
this production as there are deadlines which need to be respected. The whole
animation will be handed in on the 31st of March 2016; therefore work has to be done under a certain amount
of time. In order for me to complete the assignments much quicker I will need
to know in advance whether certain equipment and software will be available on
the day. I will need to know this in advance as software such as Flash and Photoshop;
I will only be able to access them in school. This is because the software costs
too much and my budget does not meet the required amount for a software.
Therefore, on this table I will note down the date and times for the
availability of these equipment. Another common inconvenience is that in school
certain equipment needs authorization, for example the science equipment, such
as beakers and Bunsen burners as this is all due to health and safety,
therefore I should also make sure when the technicians will be available. As
well as this, science equipment will have to be used in a science lab, however
only when there is no lesson going on in order to take pictures/videos and make
sure that the room will be free to use. On this table you will see the equipment
listed and their availability. As well as this, I have also listed inconveniences
for each of these equipments, this
is known as a ‘Contingency time’. Contingency time is an unpredictable event
that may occur and I will have to do as much as possible to prevent it in the
future, this is done by having as many solutions as possible.
This is an example of the table wich I completed and it is based on the availability of the resources and personnel, knowing this before hand will allow me to see whether I will have certain equipments, for example, available on a specific date and time, if not it will allow me to have time to think what else I could use instead of that specific equipment.

The location is all about in which other place I could work on my animation except school, it is important to think about this because the school is opened Monday-Friday, therefore it's not possible to go to school during the weekend, as well as this there would also be inset days where the school remains closed the whole day, in this case I will have other places to go, specifically where I will be able to access the computer, and this is the local library. This is why I created a table where I've included at least 3 different libraries, I have also added the availablity; as in when the library will be opened and at what time.
